Lydia Eleanor Martin, 100, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Monday, August, 10, 2015 in Wichita Falls. She was born on October 7, 1914 in Dallas, TX to the late Thadius N. Muirhead and Nora Flynn Muirhead. She was a member of Floral Heights United Methodist Church and Daughters of the Nile.
She is survived by two nephews, Gary E. Price and wife Pamela of Lake Arrowhead and James Muirhead of Wichita Falls; two nieces, Vicki Gentry and Lana Burton both of Wichita Falls; great nieces, Gayla Mills and husband Gary of Wichita Falls and Cherie Davis and husband Lyndal of Lubbock; caretaker and friend, Jackie Beals of Wichita Falls.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday evening at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Price, Gary Mills, Lyndal Davis, Scott Davis, Eric Davis and Chad Gerlach.
