Her activities included volunteering with United Regional Health Care system, the Wichita Falls Christian Women’s Club Fellowship Bible Coffees, almost 40 years as a member at First United Methodist Church, and Grace Sunday School class at First Baptist Church.
Traveling and cruising were much a part of Mary’s life since retirement. Writing and poetry also consumed much of her time including her autobiography, trip reports of each travel experience, and an annual poem at Christmas. Mary loved having the great-grandchildren visit.
