

Nola Dean King, 87, former resident of Wichita Falls, died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at her daughter’s home in Newalla, OK following a courageous battle with cancer. Services have been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday January 19, 2011 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Chaplain Don Acker. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
Nola was born February 11, 1923 in Trinidad, CO to Walter H. and Opal (Watkins) Fullerton. She was retired from being a surgical nurse.
Mrs. King is preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn King in 1988; her parents, Walt and Opal Fullerton; sister, Racine Allard; and brother, Keith Fullerton.
Survivors include brother and sister-in-law, Norman and Helen Fullerton of San Angelo, TX; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Glen Lawson of Newalla, OK, Barbara and Mardi Beck of Spring, TX; grandchildren and spouses, Christina and Greg Whatley of Choctaw, OK, Joanna and Thao Haas of Spring, TX, Jennifer Farrow of Midwest City, OK, Nichole Eyraud of Austin, TX, Michael Eyraud of Whitney, TX; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.
