Patricia Louise "Patty" Hardesty

Patricia “Patty” Hardesty, 65, of Wichita Falls passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the chapel of Hampton Vaughan with Father Michael Moloney, OSS officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 Friday evening at the funeral home.

Ms.Hardesty was born January 5, 1950 in Wichita Falls to Harold J. and Betty J. (Buttry) Hardesty and remained a lifelong resident. She graduated from Wichita Falls Senior High School in 1968. Patty was a longtime member of Church of the Good Shepherd Anglican Church and presently was attending Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She sang in the choir of both churches and also sang in the Midwestern State Oratorial Choir. Her passion was family, church and music. She also loved cats and ‘fostered’ many through her affiliation with the Humane Society.

Survivors are her sister, Donna M. Brox and husband Thomas J. of Lawton, OK; brother, Daniel Hardesty of Wichita Falls; sister-in-law, Cynthia Hardesty of Wichita Falls; nieces and nephews, Jon Hardesty, Amy Hardesty, Rebecca Daniels, Kendall Montgomery, Emily Montgomery, Danny Hardesty and Samantha Hardesty; great nephews, Gunnar Daniels and Collin Daniels.
