Pauline G Huff

Pauline G. Huff, 91, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10am Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home with Reverend Cheryl Murray officiating. Viewing is available until Saturday.

Pauline was born on June 6, 1923 in Bonham, Texas. She married A.C. Huff on September 15, 1953. A.C. passed on October 14, 1991.

She is also preceded in Death by sisters; Thelma Cole and Ann Rains, and one brother; J.C. Adcock.

Pauline attended Gainesville High School, Draughons Business School, and Midwestern State University. She retired from United Electric Co. after 21 years as a welder, a woman ahead of her time. Pauline was a 40-year member of the W.F. Charter Chapter American Business Women and past President, winning Woman of the Year in 1974. She was member of the Wichita Falls Rebekah Lodge, an endowed member of Faith Chapter 713 Order of the Eastern Star and dual member with Wichita Falls Chapter 237 Order of the Eastern Star, and assembly 105 Social Order of the Beauceant, past Worthy President. Pauline also interpreted for the deaf for over 25 years.

Pauline loves Jesus and is resting in his arms. She also loved her church congregation, Wesley United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pauline Huff Playground fund and sent to the church at 1526 Weeks Street, Wichita Falls, Texas 76302
