Perry Dale Tate

Perry was born to parents James and Mattie Tate on January 11, 1962 in Wichita, KS, and grew up as the youngest of two brothers. He was an awesome and loving father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and a great friend to all. The greatest joys in life were spending time with his children, grandchildren, family, and friends. Perry enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, tinkering in his shop, and gardening with his mother.

Perry is survived by his daughters, NaTasha Arendall, LaTrisha DiMarzio, Katera Morrison, his son, Tanner Tate, his mother, Mattie Tate, his brothers, James Tate and John Tate, and six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, James Tate.

A service is scheduled on May 29, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home Chapel, 1917 Archer City Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas. A burial will take place after the service at St. Boniface Cemetery, FM 172 US-281, Scotland, TX 76379. Following the burial will be a meal at the Knights of Columbus Hall across the street from the cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Perry's life.
