Cook, Alberta “Lorene”, retired co-owner of Yale’s Gift and Party Shop, and loving mother passed away on April 30, 2013. She was born in Peck, Kansas on March 9, 1923. Preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Dora Miller, husband, Yale Cook, sisters, Doris Hoheisel, Laura Belle Kraft and June Greathouse, brothers, Fred Miller, Jr. and Harold Miller, grandson, Randy Rochat. She is survived by sister, Audrey Austin of Alamosa, CO, daughter, Phyllis (Bill) Barnett of Wichita, KS, son, Ron (Karen) Cook of Naples, FL, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Rosary will be Friday May 3rd at 7 pm at St. Francis of Assisi. Services will be on Saturday May 4th at10 am at St. Francis of Assisi followed by graveside service at Resthaven Cemetery.
