Gordon, Allen Leroy, 83, retired owner/operator of Westway Shoe Repair, passed away December 27, 2012. Allen enjoyed woodworking. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant son, Randy Leroy and siblings, Margaret Oswalt, William E. Gordon and Ralph Gordon. His survivors include Martha, his wife of 61 years; son, Jeff (Marilyn) Gordon of Newton; daughters, Wanda (Max) Koerner of Shell Knob, MO and Cindy (Mike) Day of Wichita; brother, Albert (Mildred) Gordon of TX; sisters, Faye Daniels and Peggy Cline both of Mississippi; grandchildren, Lance Koerner and Lindsay (Jordan) Ball. Viewing 1-5 p.m. Tuesday with family receiving 3-4 p.m. at Resthaven Mortuary. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Parkview Southern Baptist Church.
