Antonio M. Ortega Jr.

Antonio “Tony” M Ortega Jr.,., 64 passed away on March 3, 2013. He was born in San Antonio, TX to Antonio Sr. and Josefina (Fuentes) Ortega. Tony graduated from Burbank High School Class of 1968. Then he studied at Friends University earning his master’s degree in Human Resources. Tony served in the U.S. Air Force for 23yrs. For 18yrs he was a supervisor for the Judge Riddel Boys Ranch. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. Tony is preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his wifee of 38years, Yolanda Ortega, daughters; Cristina and Angelina, sister; Lily, 3 grandbabies; father/mother-in-law; Joe and Mary Pardenilla, sister-in-law; Gloria Jo, brother-in-law and son-in-laws; niece; Jennifer, nephew; Bobby, great nieces and nephews, and his dog Mickey. Visitation will be held 4-7p.m. Wednesday March 6, 2013 at Hillside Funeral Home East. Rosary service will be held 6p.m. Thursday, with Funeral Mass at 10a.m. Friday March 8, 2013 all at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Andover.
