Barbara J. Lamberson Brown, born December 8, 1932 entered eternal life to be with her Lord and Savior on May 20, 2016. Barbara was a retired Red Cross nurse, and loved helping people. She is preceded in death by parents Otto and Violet Lamberson, husband Clarence Brown, son Ernie Flanders, brother Harold Lamberson, sisters Clara Glenn and Nelda Teal and daughter-in-law Carol Cook, and other family members. She is survived by sisters Leah Nott, Arleta Denney, and Linda Conaster; sons Dale Cook and Russ (Kelly) Cook; 15 grandchildren and their spouses; 17 great grandchildren and many extended family members who will hold her forever in their hearts. Services will be held Wednesday May 25 at 1:00 P.M. with a visitation 1 hour prior at Resthaven Mortuary. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Red Cross.
