Billie Davis

In 1942 the family packed up and moved to Wichita. Where Bill built his life, retiring from a 42 year career with Beech Aircraft and raising his family.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Amo Davis; father, Merle Davis; brothers, Larry Davis and Ronald Davis and sister, Carol Ann Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Zelia Davis; sister, Nancy Uhrich; children, Regina Davis Sorensen, Lance Davis, Vance Davis (wife Angie Davis) and Darrin Davis (Bren Quinn); Grandchildren, Aaron Davis (Lisa Fritz), Kristin Sorensen (Jeremy Salazar), Brandon Davis (Ed Schauf), Justin Sorensen (Brittany Blankenship), Kara Cook (William Cook), Ashlie Shaw (Chris Shaw); 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and Many many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Billie will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 from at 12:00 to 1:00 PM at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.

A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.

A graveside service will follow the funeral, Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.
