Dienstbach, Bill E., C.L.U., 84, retired Administrative Manager for New York Life, passed away on February 23, 2013. He was born in Houston, Texas on May 4, 1928 and is survived by Mary, his loving wife of 62 years; sons, Byron, Carlton (Nancy), Daryl; granddaughters, Corrie, Taylor and Carly. Bill graduated from the University of Houston, where he became the first four year golf letterman. During his lifetime, Bill had eight “hole-in-ones” and also “shot his age” numerous times. He served in many leadership roles at West Heights United Methodist Church. Bill is also a former president of the Wichita Golf Association. The memorial service will be 2:00 pm Friday, March 1 at West Heights United Methodist Church, 7445 N. Westlink, Wichita, KS 67212. Memorial established with West Heights United Methodist Church.
