Billy Joe Daniels

Billy Joe Daniels, 76, passed away December 4, 2016. B.J. was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who cared deeply for his family and was always there for them. He also always made them laugh with his great sense of humor. Billy liked watching sports, including the Broncos and Chiefs, and boxing. He also loved showing and working on his ’65 Jeep, of which he was awarded many Starbird Trophies. He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Joe Daniels Jr., and daughter, Evelyn Billington. Billy is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia Daniels; sons, Carl Daniels and Michael (Cindy) Daniels; son-in-law, Michael Billington; 14 grandchildren, Stacy (Justin) Moore, Michael Billington Jr., Billy (Kim) Daniels III, Jeremy Billington, Penny (Jermain) Alston, Carmen (Matt) Hall, Kathleen (Lucas) Brown, Sandra (Michael) Beaber, Matt Cartee, Brandi Cartee, Michael (Quinn) Daniels Jr., Kevin (Amanda) Daniels, Amanda Daniels, and Ashley Daniels; and 25 great grandchildren, Brandon, Michael III, Jonathan, Kayla, Skyla, Megan, Victor, Dylan, Ceinna, Dustin, Alexis, River, Damien, Aaliyah, Ethan, Claudia, Memphis, Casey, Grace, Alyssa, Oscar Jr., Canyon, Sophia, Xavier, and Andrea. A viewing will be held at 1:00 p.m. with funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, both at Resthaven Mortuary. Following the service a committal service will take place at Kechi Cemetery. The family of Billy would like to thank Clearwater Nursing and Kindred Hospice for their support and care for him.
