Blaine Newell

Newell, Blaine, 64, went to be with the Lord Sept. 13th, 2014. He was born to Hubert and Marieda Newell in 1950 in Hays, Kansas. He was a member of the United States Army and was stationed in Korea from 1968 – 1970, received his GED in 1980, graduated Ft. Hays in 1986, and completed his education in 1988 at Wichita Vo-Tech. On July 20th, 1996, he married Patricia Clark. He is preceded in death by parents, sister, Sherlene; and brothers, Kelly, Sammy, and Randy. He is survived by wife, Patricia Newell, daughter, Jennifer Clark of Ark City, KS; siblings, Keith (Ken) and Helen of Great Mills, MD, Rhonda Mercer of Topeka, KS, Cathey and Tony Mora of Haysville, KS, Bryan of Fort Worth, TX, Sindy Richardson of GA, Cynthia and Jeff Kaiser of Derby, KS; brothers-in-law, Steve Finley and Jack Wong of La Quinta, CA, nieces and nephews, Jason and Rachel, Ryan, Douglas, Mason, Megan, Vanessa, and Mikey all of Topeka, KS, Zach and Brin of Ft. Worth, TX, Alyssa of Wichita, KS, Cole and Nathan of Midland, TX, and Victoria of Derby, KS. A memorial service will be held in his honor 3:00 p.m. Sat.
