Bobby proudly served in the United States Army and Air Force as a mechanic. He spent many years working as a contract worker for the United States Government and got to travel around the world. He loved to repair and rebuild cars and all animals had a special place in his heart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pleas and May Duke; loving wife of 60 years, Mary Lou Duke; four siblings; and daughter-in-law, Janet Duke.
Bobby is survived by his children, Rod Duke, Debbie (Tom) Jones and Cory Duke; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; fur babies, Opie the dog & Randy the cat; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Funeral service for Bobby will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th Street N., Wichita, Kansas 67206. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
