

Brad Messinger, 51, of Parkville, MO formerly of Wichita, KS passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, September 12, 2015. He was born December 16, 1963 to Robert “Gus” and Marilyn (Bonhan) Messinger in Wichita, KS. Brad worked as a Senior Scheduler at Faurecia in Riverside, MO. He deeply and loyally loved his extended family and friends. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, traveling, playing guitar and building model engines and model cars. Brad is survived by his father, Robert “Gus” Messinger of Wichita, KS; sister, Debra FitzGerald (Brian) of Wichita, KS; brothers: Frank Messinger and Robert Messinger Jr. both of Wichita, KS; nieces: Bevin (Whitney) and child, Levi Akers of Andover, KS; Chelsa Messinger-Buchanan; nephews: Jack (Cheryl) FitzGerald of Seattle, WA; Frank Messinger Jr. Brad’s fiancé, Jennifer Williams of Parkville, MO, and her children, Heather (Kevin) Tucker and children: Tre, Jaelyn, Xavier, Jade of Kansas City, MO; Lexus Williams and fiancé, Devin Day and child, Rylee of Kansas City, MO; Austin Bruce of Parkville, MO and a loving circle of very close friends. Brad is preceded in death by his mother. A funeral service celebrating Brad’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Meyers Northland Chapel in Parkville, MO. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., prior to the service. A second service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday September 17, 2015 at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Wichita, KS.
