Carolyn B. Wormington, 77, passed away December 8, 2015. She retired from Metal Fab Inc., was a proud concealed carry permit holder, member of the NRA, Womens Republican, Red Hat Society, and Pachyderm Society. She was also a volunteer for Botanica and St. Patricks Food Pantry. She was preceded in death by husband, Jack A. Wormington of 43 years; parents; brother, Loren Lloyd Valentin; 2 great-grandchildren. She is survived by son, Loren (Leslie) Wormington Sr.; daughters, Deana (Michael) King, Carmen Wormington, and Marchelle McCain; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild. Visitation 6-8 PM Thursday, December 11, 2015 and Funeral service 3 PM Friday, December 11, 2015 both at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorials may be sent to Kansas Humane Society.
