Wichita, Kansas – Cecil Harrison Miller 78, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020. He was born December 20, 1942 to Cecil Avery Miller and Lillian Frances Jones Miller in Silom Springs, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents. Cecil is survived by his wife of 55 years, Patricia Ann Miller; daughter, Staci Renee Miller (Brooksie), of Laguna Hills, California; brothers, Gary Miller (Judy), of Udall, Kansas and Ronnie Miller (Beckie), of Goddard, Kansas; nephews, Jason Miller (Brooke), and Jeremy Miller (Kimberly).
