Christine Lowderman

Christine Noel (Baize) Lowderman, age 43, was born on December 21, 1979, and departed this world October 20, 2023. Christine was born in Sanger, California, but soon the family moved to Wichita, Kansas, where she would spend the rest of her life. She excelled with honors throughout her school career, graduating from East High School in 1998. Working at various jobs, she continued her education and achieved her nursing degree from Hesston College in 2009. She then went to work as a nurse. In particular, she was cared for and respected by her work family at Surgicare.

Christine loved to travel in her spare time and visited Paris, Spain, and Mexico. She was full of life and laughter and was a joy to all who knew her. Her greatest love was her little daughter Josie. She spent hours playing with her little angel and was a great mother.

Christine's faith as an Orthodox Christian sustained her through the difficult times of life. She was a strong and courageous woman who gave of herself to others, even when she was hurting.

Christine is survived by: her little daughter, Josie; her parents, John and Cindy Baize; her two siblings, Matthew and Sara; and nephews: Jude, Gavin and Ian. She will be greatly missed by her many friends, her church family, as well as her work family at Surgicare. May her memory be eternal!

A visitation for Christine will begin at 4:30 PM with a service at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at St. Mary's Orthodox Christian Church, 344 S. Martinson, Wichita, Kansas. A committal service will follow at 10am on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, in the garden of the Last Supper, Lot 25B, Space 2, 11800 W. Kellogg, Wichita, Kansas, 67209.
