Curline B. Malveaux, age 82, passed away March 29, 2020, born December 30, 1937 in Carencro, LA. Curline was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend that will be dearly missed. Curline was preceded by her parents, Earl and Corrine Babineaux. She is survived by her husband, Andrew Malveaux; son, James (Hanna) Malveaux; daughters, Rita (Wilson) Jones, Marie Malveaux, Joan Malveaux, and Veronica (Gary) Scherer; brothers, Joseph Irvin Babineaux, Joseph A. (Ivy) Babineaux Sr, and Joseph Donald (Caroline) Babineaux Sr.; sisters, Mary Carmeline Richard and Mary Irma (Joseph) Guillory; 9 grandchildren, Andrena Scholl, Curline Pritchard Malveaux, Jesse Hazen Malveaux, JR Banks, Brittany Malveaux, Teagan Scherer, Jada Malveaux, Harmony Shaw, and Morgan Shaw; 2 great-grandchildren, Kinsley Scholl and Joshua Pritchard; and numerous nieces and nephews. An open viewing will be held from 9a-5p, Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at Resthaven Mortuary.
