David "Dave" L. Ewing

David “Dave” Lee Ewing, age 80 entered eternal rest on October 22, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Dave was born in Des Moines, Iowa to Thomas and Maydell (Wilson) Ewing on December 27, 1943. He married the love of his life Betty J. Miller on June 29, 1983.

Dave enjoyed being a DJ and loved spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his parents, brother Tom, Jr., sister-in-law Barbara Ewing and great grandson Tony Bunn.

Survived by his loving wife of 41 years Betty, step-children Derek (Denise) Woolheater, Zachary (Nancy) Woolheater and Gretchen (Michael) Huber, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Rosary 7:00pm, Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00am, Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 132 S. Millwood Ave, Wichita, KS 67213.

Burial will take place following the Mass Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery Aleppo.
