David Gonzales, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. David was born July 10, 1958 to Pampi and Katherine Gonzales and grew up in Kingman, Kansas. He later raised his family in Hutchinson, Kansas and recently resided in Wichita, Kansas to be close to his children and grandchildren.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed by many.
David was a senior estimator in the commercial construction industry and long term employee of Drywall Systems Inc.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Pampi and Katherine Gonzales and brother, Donnie Gonzales.
David leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 41 years, Karen Gonzales; son, Gary (Sara) Gonzales; daughter, Angie Gonzales (Chris Peete); siblings, Paul Gonzales, Becky Montgomery (Aaron); and 5 grandchildren, Bella, Emma, and Ande Gonzales and Avery and Christian Peete.
A celebration of life service for David will be held 1:00pm, Monday, January 10, 2022, at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas. Inurnment will follow the service at Hoosier Cemetery in Kingman, Kansas.
