David Thomas Lewis Jr., age 38, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020. David was born October 26, 1981 in Wichita, Kansas to Jacqueline Lewis and David Thomas Lewis Sr.

David is survived by son Thomas Lewis; mother Jacqueline Lewis; sister Nicole Lewis and sister Malissa Lewis; grandmother Fay Kantorowski; and uncle David Kantorowski.

David was preceded in death by father David Thomas Lewis Sr; grandfather Valentine Kantorowski, grandfather Carl Lewis, grandmother Dorothy Lewis, and uncle Paul Kantorowski.

A graveside service for David will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Lakeview Cemetery, 12100 E 13Th St N, Wichita, Kansas 67206. A cremation will occur.
