Debi was an avid KC Chiefs and Kansas Jayhawks fan. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, gardening, and especially loved spending time with her family. Her favorite holiday celebration was the huge gathering of family on the 4th of July.
Survived by: Partner Daniel Green, Sister Linda Windsor (Mark), Brother Bill Spencer (Melany), Sons Jason Harding, Ryan Harding, Granddaughters Oliva Harding and Kerry Harding, 10 nieces, and 6 nephews.
Predeceased by: Parents Forest M. and Mary E. Spencer, Joan Neal (sister), Joe Charles Hilligoss (brother), Kip Harding (x husband), Emmett J. Neal (nephew) and Andrew G. Spencer (nephew).
A visitation for Debra will be held Monday, July 7, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with a funeral service at 3:00 PM, and a graveside service to follow. All at Resthaven Mortuary,11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.
