Hi Mom,
It's so hard to believe it has been three years ago today. There are so many reminders, thoughts, memories, and talks that involve you amongst your children. I regret too often not telling you how proud or happy I was of/for you when you were still here. Different memories go through my mind and I realize and recognize accomplishments you succeeded at, but didn't fully understand the true impact, and how sincerely proud I am for what you achieved.  May God grant me the opportunity when we are again reunited. I love and miss you Mom, a lot. 💞

Two years ago you left this world.  Not a day has gone by that I have not thought of you or missed you. I still have that feeling that I am somehow lost and struggle to find direction. I give it to my Lord Jesus because I know that he will get me through. I look for signs from you. I miss and love you so much. 💕

Mom,

Words cannot express or show how much I miss you. I say goodnight to your photo every night, it sits across from my view from the bed. There are so many flashbacks and memories of moments that I wish I had handled differently. Little things that I realize now or have the enlightenment to understand better. For those, I guess I will have to accept what I feel are shortcomings for not having that ability in the moment. All I know is that one day we will be reunited, and the little earthly things will no longer be the focus. I love you dearly and miss you very, very much.

It has been a year grandma, and I still think of you. I wonder if you’re watching over the family. I still feel sadness over not having more time with you. Just wanted to say I miss you, and hope you are reunited with everyone and at peace. Here is to a 1 year memorial 🕯️.

Grandma, me and my kids came to visit you. When we left, we were followed by a monarch butterfly and felt like it was a sign from you. We love you and have you in our thoughts. 

Grandma, I have you in my thoughts. I hope when it is my turn, I have people thinking and missing me, because I know we miss you dearly. Hard to believe you’re not here. I have wonderful memories of you laughing that makes it feel as if you were. From the time we went to Washington D.C., The World of Coca Cola in Georgia (you loved Coca-Cola), to memories in Las Vegas. Thank you and Tony for the memories I got as a teenager, having moments of traveling the U.S. with mom. 

Holding your hand in your final days will always remain dear to my heart, soul and mind. May you truly know how much you were loved and appreciated. 💝 I  love you Mom, your baby girl, Stacy. 💞

Sleep well Momma. I will miss you so very much. I know I will see you again … all my love your Little Susie… 💕

Extending love and prayers to Sue Scott and all the family of "Dee".  I'm sorry I didn't have the privilege of meeting this special lady.  But through my friendship with Sue, I feel like I kinda' "knew" her.    Please feel the comfort of our Lord Jesus Christ as you grieve this loss.

I am glad that in the last few years, I lived closer to you to get to spend more time getting to know you. I wish we had been given more of those moments. I’m glad your great-grandchildren were able to meet you and know who Grandma Dee was.  I am humbled to have gotten to sit by your bedside and just hold your hand, and let you know you were surrounded by people who loved you. Grandma, I will miss you.

We were in St. Augustine Florida with my sister Shelley. We were having a wonderful time as you can see by her smiling laugh! 💕

We were at the Richard Petty driving experience. My sister Shelley and I took a ride around the track in a nascar and momma sat on the side lines looking beautiful. 💕

We were making 26 different kinds of Christmas cookies… this is one of my most favorite pictures of my momma and I 💕

She may have been my momma but she was also my best friend. 💕

We are so deeply sorry for your loss. We are keeping your family in our thoughts in this the most difficult of times. 

Susan and family, I have known Dee since Susan was 15. She was always very kind with a beautiful smile. I’m so very sorry for your loss. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. Hugs and much love to you all❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻
