I met Duane in 1992 when he worked for westlink auto. He was always helpful and kind. He worked the front desk and did alignments as well. 
Later I came upon him at Lowe’s and he was still helpful and kind. 
Later when he got sick, he was always the same Duane. I would ask at Lowe’s about his condition, and his friends there would always be helpful. I was driving near his home the other day  and thought of him.  I think he was just about the nicest and kindest man I’ve ever known. 
He will be missed terribly.

I met Duane in the late 60's when I moved to the west side.We were a  bunch who all hungout together & had alot of really fun times!Duane later became my brother in law when  on July 25th 1980 my best friend Chrisine & I married brothers.It was no easy chore getting Christine & Duane together but Duane finally saw the light & realized what a great woman & companion she would be!God blessed them with many happy years together.I must say I am proud to have had a close brotherly relationship with him all these years.He had a quiet soft spoken demeanor.Someone you could confide in.A good listener & a true friend!He will always be my brother & forever missed.❤

It was a blessing to know Duane as extended family. I always enjoyed his humor at all family get togethers with our kids/ grandkids he was a kind & caring grandpa. My son Kevin could not have had a better father in law. 
My love & prayers are with Chris & Tracy & all of his family for peace & comfort. 

I Will Miss Duane Dearly. When My Friend Kevin Was Battling Cancer, Duane Gave Me His Number. He Even Called Kevin and Told Him What His Treatment Was. By the Time Kevin Had Asked the Doctors About Trying It, Kevin Had Just Started, It was to Late. Working With Duane and Speaking With Him From Time to Time Was a Joy. I Sent Duane a Tik Tok Video of a Guy Singing a Song, I Won't Complain Last Friday. Resting in the Arms of Jesus. What's Odd, My Last Living Uncle Passed Just Hours Before Duane.

My thoughts are with Duane's family.  No matter how Duane was feeling, he always brought a smile and kind heart with him to the clinic.  It was an absolute pleasure working with him at the Cancer Center. -Pat Stone
