Slaymaker, Evelyn, 92, homemaker, passed away May 3, 2013. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband; Walter. Her survivors include daughters; Judy Norton and Marty (Ralph) Baldassarre; grandchildren, Paul (Christina) Emmel, Krysten (Tom) Snow, Andy (Marie) Baldassarre of Wichita, Misty (Dennis) Jack of Mt. Hope, Bart (Jaime) Norton of Andover and Tony Baldassarre of Mission; 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be held 10:00 am, May 8, 2013 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Memorial contributions may be made to Central Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness and Amedisys Hospice.
