Faye C. Payne 100, passed away October 16, 2017. She was preceded in death by husband, George H. Hankins. She is survived by daughter, Donna Payne; nephews, Tommy and Roy Talkington and Ronnie and Paul Crites; and numerous grand nieces and nephews.
