age 85, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Frank was born May 27, 1936 in Mulvane, Kansas to Joseph and Esther Casino.
Frank retired from the United States Navy in 1973. He also worked at the United States post office and Saint Francis Energy center. Frank liked to build "lawn art" as he called it. He also had a passion for painting.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two children Dale (Kathy) Casino, Debra (Donald) Miller; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother Robert Casino and many relatives and friends.
