Freddie Dewayne Sullivan

Dewayne served his country proudly for 33 years in the United States Army. He served in Vietnam in the 101st Airborne Division. "Screaming Eagles"

Dewayne lived his life for his family, he was truly a family man and made sure his family knew he loved them. His family respected and looked up to him.

Dewayne is survived by; daughter Dawn Adams (Troy); and son Nick Sullivan; sister Geneva Croney and brother Dennis Sullivan; granddaughter Alicia, great granddaughter Aniya and great grandson Noah.

Dewayne was preceded in death by his loving wife Joy Sullivan of 55 years; father Herman Sullivan and mother Ella Mae Hohenstein-Sullivan; brother H. Dewight Sullivan.

A funeral service for Dewayne will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Lakeview Funeral Home Chapel, 12100 E 13Th St N, Wichita, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dewayne's memory may be made to Home Health & Hospice of Kansas, 7607 E Harry St, Wichita, Kansas 67207 US; and Accord Senior Care, 6807 E Rockwood Rd, Wichita, Kansas 67206 US.
