After high school, Gary enlisted in The United States Air Force where he worked as an illustrator. In 2016 he retired from Universal Products in Goddard, Kansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Margie Davison and his sister, Jodi.
Gary is survived by his wife, Carla Davison; daughter, Samantha Corwin (Ryan) of Sterling, Kansas; granddaughters, Bravely and Adventure; his brother Larry Coger and sister, Judy Phillips.
Memorial has been established with Westwood Presbyterian Church, 8007 W Maple St, Wichita, Kansas 67209.
