

Balée, Grace Dorothy Paul, born September 29, 1925 and passed away September 18, 2014. She was 88 years young. Grace was a loving mother, an avid gardener, an accomplished church soloist, play director and costume designer, a Girl Scout leader and camp director. There was never a stranger in Grace’s life and she enjoyed corresponding with friends and family. Grace was well known for giving away her crocheted creations to everyone she met. She loved to travel and go treasure hunting. Grace is preceded in death by Billy, her husband of 70 years; son, John Leslie Balée, and sisters, Ruth Hunt and Margaret Hallberg. She is survived by children, Sheron Balée Palmer of Atlanta, GA, Raymond (Rita) Balée of Philadelphia, PA and Dianna (Ron) Tripoli of Wichita; daughter-in-law, Kytt Balée; grandchildren, Ashleigh (Bryce) Balée Hughbanks, Bryan Palmer, Lindsay (Trent) Kelley, Jason Palmer, Christina (Tony) Balée DeVictor, Adam Balée, Alisha Balée, Joshua Tripoli, Jacob Tripoli, Josiah Tripoli, Michella Tripoli; great-grandchildren, Emily and Mathew Kelley, Cameron, Cayden and Cody Hughbanks. Visitation will be Sunday, September 21st from 2-4 PM. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 10:00 A.M, both at Resthaven Mortuary. Graveside at White Chapel Cemetery to follow at 1:30 PM.
