He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Mary Jacobs; brothers, Peter, Jr., Lawrence, Tom and Richard; sisters, Johanna Wong and Vivian Minks.
He is survived by his son, Kerry L. Jacobs of Austin, TX; daughters, Sharon (Eric) Pieters of Houston, TX, Cheryl Kay Masters of Wichita; brothers, Earnest, Floyd, and Michael all of Wichita and Larry of Haysville; sisters, Marie Lloyd of CA, Velma McClain of KS, Shirley Epps of FL, Geraldine Simon and Linda Sue Black of Wichita; many nieces and nephews.
A private family gathering will be held.
