WEBB, Jack Arthur. It is with deep and heavy sadness that we announce the death of Jack Arthur Webb, 71. Surrounded by his family, he passed on November 26, 2014. Jack was born in Wichita, Kansas on July 5, 1943 spending much of his childhood in Sedgwick, Kansas. He raised his family in Garden Plain and made a living working in the aircraft industry for 44 years, retiring from Cessna Aircraft in 2006. A true "Jack of all Trades," he made a life tinkering, building and riding all his toys. Preceded in death by his father, Leo and sister Joyce, he is survived by his mother, Vivian Schueler; his sister June Robinson; his former wife and good friend of 45 years, Shirley; children Kari and son-in-law Chris; Kristi and son-in-law Rick; and son Brad and daughter-in-law Carrie. Jack had six grandchildren, Brooke, McKenzie, Ryan, Caden, Tanner and Logan. A service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. at Resthaven Mortuary in Wichita, KS, followed by a graveside service. Donations may be sent to Amedisys Hospice of Wichita, 250 W.
