Joe Brannon, 86, born September 15, 1929 in Bolivar, MO, passed away April 2 in Lenexa, KS. Joe was preceded in death by his first wife, of 47 years, Velda Brannon, and sisters, Nola Wells and Nona Howard. He is survived by his wife, Jane Brannon; son, Dennis Brannon; daughter, Eloise (Tom) Crabtree; step-daughter, Brenda (John) Lassman; grandchildren, Jeff (Sheila) Crabtree, Chris (Carla) Brannon, Leslie (Shane Jackson) Brannon, David Lassman; and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM on Tuesday, April 5, with funeral service 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 6, both at Resthaven Mortuary. Dignity Celebrant Cyndi Pearce Officiating.
