John F. Huddleston

John Francis Huddleston,66, passed away on February 20, 2016 at the Harry Hynes Hospice Center in St. Francis Hospital, Wichita, Kansas. He was born October 12, 1949 in Tribune, Kansas to Howard B. Huddleston and Lillian M. (Luekenga) Kubo. John was involved with the KETCH program in Wichita. Aunt Eva Mae Wheeler, with her being in the community, was John's support system. He was preceded in death by his father, step-father, Ben Kubo, brother, Larry Dean Huddleston and nephew Mark S. Huddleston. Survivors include his mother, Lillian M. Kubo, Russell, KS; step-mother, Roberta L. Huddleston, Platte City, MO; brothers, James R. (Elaine) Huddleston, Colorado Springs, CO; Jerry L. (Joyce) Huddleston, Tribune, KS; sister, Catherine E. Huddleston, Liberty, MO; step-sister, Gail (John) Ogle, Russell, KS; 8 Nieces and nephews, 2 great nephews, 1 great niece, and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Thursday, February 25 Funeral services will be Friday, February 26, at 2 p.m. (CT) at Hillside Funeral Home East.
