

He attended St. Mary’s Catholic High School in Phoenix, Arizona. Joe was a kindhearted, hardworking man who did everything for his family and will be remembered for his dedication, strength, and love for those closest to him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Francis Gilsdorf, and his brothers, Robert and Norbert Gilsdorf.
Joseph will be deeply missed by his loving daughter, Monique Mitchell, and his son-in-law, Daniel Mitchell. He is also survived by his sisters, Marie Rosenau, Virginia McClelland, Doris Flores, and Mary Jo Burt, as well as his brothers Reynold, Victor, and
Stephen Gilsdorf.
He leaves behind three cherished grandchildren, Alexander Martinez, Carter and Kennedy Mitchell, who will greatly miss him. They will always remember playing Skip-Bo card games with him, as well as the many trips they shared for sweet treats and
shopping for toys.
Joseph will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and the legacy he leaves behind. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
We take comfort in knowing that Joe is now at peace and reunited with his loved ones who have gone before him. May God grant him eternal rest, and may his family find strength and comfort in faith during this difficult time.
