Julia Ann Armstrong, age 52, passed away Friday, July 10, 2015, at her home. Julia was born April 10, 1963, in Wichita, the daughter of Benny Dean and Marilyn Dene (Wolf) Armstrong. Julia is preceded in death by her father, Benny; niece, Melanie Emery; and nephew-in-law, Ben Cornish. Survivors include: mother, Marilyn, of Derby; sisters, Lori and husband, George Unthank, Lenexa, Lisa and husband, Randy Emery, Derby; brother, Loren and wife, Donna Armstrong, Goddard; nieces and nephews, Lindsay Cornish, Carrie and Travis Unthank, Courtney and Allison Emery, Amanda, Benny, and Kyle Armstrong; and a host of close friends. A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 14, at Cross Road Church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Cross Road Church, 2139 S. Maize Road, Wichita, KS 67209.
