2 of my favorite memories of U Keith were during our trip to CA in 1966. the 1st one was when Fred got in trouble for not letting me use the sprayer at the sink. He kept teasing me and playing keep away till U Keith put a stop to that. 2nd time, I was playing in the station wagon like I was driving which included pretending to shift when much to my surprise, the car rolled into the street! I thought I was dead! Lucky for me, he was very understanding. After he moved the car, he explained about shifters, why it wasn't a good idea to play in cars and what could have happened to me if a car would have hit his car or vice versa. I never did that again. He put the scare into me by just stating the facts and without yelling. Just by his demeanor, I knew this was a serious subject and not to be taken lightly. Along with playing bridge, he was an avid fisherman. He was also an excellent chef. He definitely enjoyed life to the fullest and won't be soon forgotten.

Keith was a crafty bridge player and always a student of the game.  More important, he was fun to be around. I can remember a bridge story or two. What was noteworthy was the same gleam in his eye whether he set you 1100 or he himself made a (rare) mistake.  I will miss you Keith.

You brought light to my life.  Always enjoyed our visits!   Your knowledge was vast.  Rest in peace my friend.

What a amazing man. He touched so many hearts with his outlook on life. And his warm  smile that always brighten my day he always pointed me in  the right direction when I was off course but never did he force me to make the choices in my life but he steered the wheel lots of times papa keith I love you with all my heart and I will miss you and I will think of you often

Uncle Keith,
I truly will miss you. You always knew how to get me riled up. One of the BEST summers of my life was hanging out with you and Aunt Pat in California. I will ALWAYS remember my REAL Pineapple drink in a REAL Pineapple!! You EVEN put an umbrella on it for me! God Bless You and keep you close.

Dear Jenny and Fred,  I'm sorry for your loss.  I'm glad that I had Uncle Keith for my Uncle.  I wish life hadn't taken such painful toll on him.  But, through it all there was that smile that I will remember.
