I know it is hard but remember, Uncle Lester, Dad "Herschel", and Uncle Devon are watching over ALL of us with the rest of the Family.  Those three were a Trio together and will always be missed. There was a saying in the experimental hangar at Boeing. DON'T PESTER LESTER. But you could never ruffle his feathers a bit. I liked working with Lester.

Lester, I am saddened that you are no longer with us, but I am even more grateful that I got to know you throughout my entire life (age 2 to 34 years old). Thank you for being a part of my life, a wonderful friend and next door neighbor, like a grandpa to me. I love you!

Lester, I know you are up there with Grandpa and Devon.  You boys play nice now, and those angels aren't there to be pinched, stop pinching them. I'll miss you, as I do all of you.

Lester was more than a neighbor and friend. He was a part of our family. He was "Papa Lester" to our 2 girls and four granddaughters. We will forever cherish our fond memories. We will truly miss him.  We love you.

Lester, my Friend, Thank you for telling me about the job openings at Boeing.  I've had the job now for 35 great years.  Thank you for living right in front of me how a born again Christian should love his church, his family and friends.  A pillar at the church, a rock solid loving husband and dad.  A friend that would do anything for someone.  Thank you for showing me how to be confident, get the job done and do it with a meticulous touch.  You would take on any job that had to do with your '55 Chevy or 1960's T-bird.  If the part could not be fixed, you would create it with precision.  That closet with polished chrome parts that you had worked on, all hanging in just the right order was like seeing a trophy case.  Thank you very much for sharing part of your life with me.  We had lots of laughs.  Charlotte you were blessed with a wonderful mom and dad.  God bless you Thane, Anna and Shelby.

Lester was my very dear brother-in-law and a wonderful friend.  He was always there for me as friend.  I'll miss talking to him and just knowing that he was there. Lester, you will be greatly missed by all who knew your.  Rest in peace. We all loved you and miss you always.

Enjoyed a trip our West with Lester and Flo.  Had a good time.  Knowing that Lester has lived a long, fun-filled life and is now resting in peace with his Heavenly Father brings comfort.  We will be praying for the family in the days ahead.

Lester you will be missed by everyone on our block. You were a great neighbor  and friend.  Rest in Peace.

What a wonderful, energetic, God-fearing, honorable man.  I truly enjoyed visiting with him either in his yard, or mine.   Lester was so young for his age.  I've seen him shovel heavy snow & ice then carry that heavy ice to the trees  - - at the end of his driveway!  And that was just last year!  Lester is finally with his beloved wife he always spoke of so fondly.   Rest in Peace my friend and brave soul!

I worked with Lester for many years.  It was an honor knowing him.  He was usually wearing a smile and enjoyed a good joke.  Les was a fine fellow who will be missed by many.

May Lester R.I.P, his laugh and jokes will be missed. Thoughts and prayers are with his family.
