

She was born in Rozel, Kansas on July 30, 1930 to parents Dewey and Hattie Franz.
Lois worked for many years and retired from KETCH. She was a vocational trainer. She received the award for the Direct Staff position in 2000. Working with the disabled was one of her great passions.
She was a sassy, fun lady with a great sense of humor. The times spent with her sisters and families were filled with funny stories, rowdy card games, and hours of laughter. The families cherish these times.
She was a fierce Kansas City Chiefs fan. One thing that was certain, you did not call her when the game was on. She was thrilled when she watched them win the Super Bowl again in 2020.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Hattie Franz; husband, AD Humphrey; sisters Darlene Reed; Jean Stuart and Nadine Balman.
She is survived by her children, Cynthia Harris; Debra (Bill) Waller; Daniel (Wanda) Fox; Gayla (Thomas) Mead. She was blessed by 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation with family present will be Monday, January 25 from 4pm to 7pm at Resthaven Mortuary.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 26 at 2:00 pm at Resthaven Mortuary.
