was born May 4, 1946. She is survived by her siblings Gene (Joelllen Greenle), Carol Mourning, Patty Miller, and Ginger Hazen (Randy).
Marilyn married Terry Pogue in 1963. They had three boys- Jim, Robby, and Chuck. They spent 41 years together until Terry passed in 2005. Marilyn has seven grandchildren- Robert, Amber, Staci, Jeremy, Amanda, Matthew, and Hayley. Marilyn also had ten great-grandchildren who she loved spending time with.
Marilyn retired from the aircraft industry after 17 years.
Everyone who knew Marilyn loved her. She was famous for her cheesecake, pecan pies, and burritos. She loved spoiling all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren (even though she never referred to them as her great-grandchildren). She also loved spoiling her beloved pugs.
The Pogue family is planning a celebration of life for Marilyn on May 14, 2022, at Sedgwick County Park.
