age 88, passed away on September 3, 2021. He was born on September 11,
1932 to Melville & Ellen Sites in Wichita, Kansas. He was a graduate of Wichita High School
North and received his BA from Friends University where he was a Singing Quaker. He received
his Master’s in Education from Wichita State. He was a member of West Side Christian Church
for many years and was a retired school teacher from USD 259. Milton was an extremely
talented vocalist who also loved to fish, hunt, golf, & bowl. He was a beloved husband, father,
grandpa, and brother.
He was preceded in death by parents Melville & Ellen Sites, brother Melvin and sister Anna.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Paula; sons Tony (Rebecca) and Tim (Mary); grandchildren Rachel & Jared (Tony/Rebecca), Katie & Madison (Tim/Mary); brother Marvin (Vivian) Sites; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, September 11th at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. HWY
54 in Wichita. The family visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Friday, September 10th also at
Resthaven.
