She was born Olwen Dilley on October 9, 1951 in Chester, England. Her parents were Harry and Olwen (Lewis) Dilley.
Olly was married to Billy Graham, who survives her, for more than 31 years. Last year at their 30 year anniversary, they renewed their vows again surrounded by their friends.
She loved animals, Billy will continue to take care of their seven 'babies' at home. Feeding, walking in the park - 3 dogs, 3 cats and Bun-bun the rabbit.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Lakeview Funeral Home Chapel, at 10am. Dignity Celebrant Brenda Baker-Hayden will be the officiant.
