Bailey, Ozella M., died October 5, 2014 at age 93. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Bailey (2003), and seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter Janet (Dean) Volbrecht; two grandchildren, Jennifer (John) Jaimez and John Volbrecht; brother, Weldon Dowdy, and four great-grandchildren, Jocelyn, Malia, Zachary and Julian. The funeral service will be held at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel on October 13, 2014 at 1:00 pm with visitation occurring one hour prior to the service.
