Richard "Dick" Kunkle passed away December 27 at 91 years old. While we are sad, we take comfort that he lived a full life, with mental clarity, a healthy body until the end and a spark that made each day an adventure. Benjamin Franklin (a favorite of his) said, "Some people die at 25 and aren't buried until 75." In Dicks case,we can safely say that he made use of everyday - and well past 25.
A Celebration of Life open house will be April 20, 2024 between 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm. It will be at
Park Villa at Riverside Park 1029 N. Bitting Wichita Kansas from 1:30 PM. to 4:30 PM. Come with stories and pictures of Richard "Dick" to share with the family. A graveside service for Richard will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kansas Veterans Cemetery, 1208 N. College St., Winfield, KS 67156.
