Rev. Robert W. Kloth

Kloth, Rev. Robert W., born May 4, 1929, died Friday, July 25, 2014. He was born in Westbrook, Maine to Arndt and Agnes Kloth. He was ordained into the Lutheran ministry on June 20, 1954. He served congregations in Pass Lake, Ontario, Fremont, NE, Randolph, NE, Oklahoma City, OK, Sandusky, OH, and Wichita, KS. In retirement he served congregations in Herington, Haven, and Peabody, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Rubyann Kloth-Mai, infant son Paul, and great granddaughter Ella Glancy. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Patricia, daughter Rhoda Kloth; son Timothy (Sandra) Kloth; daughter Ellen (Paul) Garcia; grandchildren Amanda (Riley) Rothe, Erik Mai, Timothy (Lisa) Garcia, Sapphire (Derrick) Garcia-Glancy, Joseph Garcia, Jacob Kloth, and Natalie Kloth; great grandchildren Brooke Rothe and Martin Rothe, Eva Glancy, Gabriel Garcia, and Guliana Garcia. Services will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 N. Greenwich on Wednesday July 30 at 10 A.M. Burial will be at Resthaven. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Oaks Indian Mission, Oaks, Oklahoma or Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

Viewing: Tuesday July 29th 3:00-8:00 P.M. with family receiving 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Hwy 54, Wichita, KS.
