Roy Earl Johnson, age 63, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021. Roy was born November 20, 1957 in Charlotte, NC to Olin and Donnie Johnson. He is preceded in death by his parents and infant brother.
Roy was a licensed master plumber. He loved to farm, he raised horses and cattle. He won 3rd place in a Rodeo Roping cow contest in 2013. He loved people, he was always willing to help and volunteered with Meals on Wheels. He was willing to help any one he met, no one was a stranger to Roy. He loved these verses in the Bible Psalms 23 and Psalms 103. Roy's favorite saying: It's another day in paradise.
Roy leaves to cherish his memory his brother David Lee Johnson, sister Donna Maire Moore, older brother John William Biddle and his companion and care giver of 8 years Sheila Edmond.
A visitation for Roy will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home.
