Ruth E. Roush

Ruth Elaine (Belisle) Roush, 93, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Ruth married William "Bill" Roush in 1948 and was married for 70 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and caring friend to everyone she met. She cherished her Northside Church of Christ family.

After her children were grown she went to back to school to become an LPN, working at Riverside Hospital until her retirement.

Ruth loved crafting/sewing and growing beautiful flowers and plants.

She is preceded in passing by her loving husband, William Harlen Roush; parents, Edmond William and Lillian Belisle; brothers: Donald Lee and Lyndon Dale. She is survived by, her sons: Steve (Sherry), Rod (Dorothy), and Barry (Pamela) Roush; daughter, Diane (Lee Roy) Weems; 12 grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren; and her loving companion Bootsie.

Her visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023, both at Northside Church of Christ, 4545 N. Meridian Wichita. Graveside will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Garden of Good Shepherd, 11800 US-54, Wichita, KS 67209.
