Brooks, Sarah M. age 86, was born April 4, 1929 in Halstead, Kansas, and passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, caravanning and sight-seeing throughout the continental U.S. She was preceded by her husband Ronald and son Jeff, and is survived by children Penny (David) Austin of Los Angeles, CA, Vicki Zeigler, Cheryl Brooks, Bill (Christi Coen) Brooks, all of Wichita; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild. Sarah will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Memorial Service 3 p.m. Saturday August 8, 2015 at Hillside Funeral Home East, 935 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas.
